[emstar-design] Updating tutorial .sim files

Hi all,
In the course of updating the tutorials, I see a couple of tutorials refer
to out of date emsim files, in particular sim-syntax-example and
sim-generic.

I plan to update the obseleted parameters (eg  the sim-component parameter
sim/sim_mote) with the parameters from the working ping.sim file, and
rename the files to have the .sim suffix.

Let me know if anyone has a good reason why this should not be done.
